Wellbeing in Schools, for Teachers and Students

There are several barriers to wellbeing and success:

- Negative work environment
- Stress and burn-out
- Conflicts
- Individuals’ and teams’ Low self-esteem
- Low performance
- and many others…

To overcome these barriers we offer:

Coaching and Positive Psychology Interventions

The International Coaching Federation defines Coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential”. Positive psychology is the scientific study of positive aspects of the human experience that make life worth living, and focuses on both individual and societal well-being.

In EAC, our trainers and facilitators are specialized in positive and health psychology as well as in coaching and work with individuals, teams and groups to overcome the barriers to a positive and healthy approach to work and life. Each intervention will be designed after an assessment of the needs of the client and may include coaching conversations, creative activities, group dynamics, positive psychology tests and activities, emotional intelligence practice, team building activities, time management strategies, strengths education, positive communication, and assertiveness.

Mindfulness and Yoga Programs

Mindfulness is a lifestyle practice based on awareness and calmness which allows us to live fully in the present moment, with intentional attention and without judgement. Regular practice of mindfulness through meditation and mindful activities, increases concentration and attention, reduces automatisms and overreactions, facilitates the enjoyment of the present moment, and has several beneficial effects on stress and body imbalance.
